ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
With the same objectives that presided to the creation of the Center for Commercial Arbitration, to allow businesses the possibility to resolve conflicts within their own civil society, the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry created the Center for Mediation.
The Center for Mediation will provide the means to solve conflicts of economic nature in good terms.
The mediation is conducted by an accredited mediator, which will have the expertise and experience, that this new area requires.
